Employed by Ventura County Assessor for ten years from November 1, 1966, to January 31, 1977. Assistant Appraiser for two years, Associate Appraiser for six years, and Senior Appraiser for two years. Seven years in the commercial-industrial section and appraised over one thousand parcels. Expert witness in over fifty assessment appeal hearings.

Self-employed Fee Appraiser from February 1, 1977, to present. Major emphasis on commercial and industrial properties. Over 90% of appraisals are extensive narrative reports. Expert witness in Bankruptcy Court and Superior Court.
